Doing J Work: CJ McCollum

6-foot-2, 2009, Canton Glen Oak sharp shooter CJ McCollum has been doing work, make that "J-WORK" all year long for his Golden Eagle squad. CJ has already committed to Lehigh dropping 29 points 13 rebounds and 3 assists last night in a Federal League win over cross-town rival Canton McKinley and improved his teams record to 10-1 overall. McCollum who is averaging right around 30 points a game dropped 35 points on 9-17 from the field and 14-15 from the line verse National powerhouse Detroit-Country Day last weekend in the Pizza Oven Classic. McCollum is hands down a steal for Lehigh and has grown nearly 7 inches since his freshman year and possibly might get to 6'3. Once questioned about his small frame (5'7), he now silents visiting teams and critics with his polished skill set, fluid ball movement, catch and shoot three balls and flawless foul shooting.
