"Jack" of all Trades!

6-foot-3, 2011, WG, Traevon Jackson dominated the ball on both ends last night as Westerville South beat crosstown rival Westerville North 53-49. Jackson poured in 18 points and snarled 12 rebounds for the victors.South's record is now 13-4 and 10-2 in conference play. Jackson knocked down the 3-ball from the wing spots, showed a hesitation crossover pull-up from 15 feet and of course a slashing visionary game. Jackson who already has a college body, has shown more consistency with his jump shot and also a fluid weak hand. The thing we notice about Jackson is his ability to create off the dribble, along with inner drive to defend/contest on defense and best of all, his ability to go rebound outside of his area. Jackson could possibly be the most physical and productive 2011 prospect in the state of Ohio.
Side note: 6-foot-6, 2010, 4/3, Ralph Hill added 24 points for North.

Faces in the Crowd: Jimmy Jackson (Former OSU Great), U of Dayton and Walsh College.
