Wow!!! The talent hit the floor at 10:30am and didn't stop until 10:30pm. Twelve hours of competive games with talent hitting the high major plus level left Inside Prep Sports smiling as the action will continue tomorrow.
Here are Monday's results:
White Lake Lakeland 63-42 over Harper Woods. Blake Heiman was P.O.G. with 15 points, 5 assists, and 3 steals.
Detroit Consortium Prep defeated Canton Hoover, 68-62. Desmond Barnes was P.O.G. with 31 points, 5 rebounds, a few assists and steals apiece.
Davison outlasted Gary Westside, 50-48. Ryan Shultz was P.O.G. with 15 points, 12 boards, 5 blocked shots, 3 steals, and 3 assists.
Detroit Cody beat Gary Lew Wallace, 69-61, in a game that featured high major activity. Demetrius Ford was P.O.G. with 21 points and a handful of assists.
Powers and West Bloomfield battled tough with the Chargers winning, 76-68. The Chargers' Pat O'Brien was P.O.G. with 28 points (5-6 3pt fg) and added 5 assists.
Oak Park got its first W of the season against Chicago Crane team, 53-46. K'allante Miller was P.O.G. with 16 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 steals.
